Welcome to DIGITAL ONE, a provider of managed IT services and solutions. These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of our website, services, and products (collectively, the “Services”). To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update your account information promptly if it changes.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
4. Fees and Payment
For paid services, you agree to pay the fees associated with the Services as outlined in the applicable Service Agreement or on our pricing page. All fees are due and payable in accordance with the payment terms specified in the Service Agreement.
You authorize DIGITAL ONE to charge your credit card or billing account for all applicable fees. If payment is not received or is declined, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services.
5. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

6. Use of the Services
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not:
- Use the Services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
- Use the Services to transmit malicious content, including but not limited to viruses, malware, or other harmful software.
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others, including DIGITAL ONE
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services if we believe you have violated these Terms.
7. Confidentiality and Data Protection

Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice to the other party. If you terminate this Agreement before the end of any committed term, you may still be required to pay for the full duration of the term.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services if:
- You breach any term of this Agreement.
- We are required to do so by law or regulation.
- Your account is inactive for an extended period.
- Your payment is not received in a timely manner.
Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Services and, if applicable, return any proprietary materials provided by us.
10. Limitation of Liability
We reserve the right to suspend or terTo the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DIGITAL ONE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the fees you paid for the Services in the 12-month period immediately preceding the claim
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DIGITAL ONE and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
12. Force Majeure
Neither party will be held liable for failure to perform any obligation under this Agreement if such failure is caused by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the party, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, telecommunications failures, or other unforeseeable events.
13. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms on this page. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed about our policies. Your continued use of the Services after any changes to these Terms will constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Republic of North Macedonia. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, conducted in Skopje, and in accordance with the rules of Basic Court in Skopje – North Macedonia.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
